One of the reasons people contact me is to get help in getting back a loved one after a breakup.
We use Reiki and Pranic Healing Psychotherapy for this. We clear out heavy energy, including the gut-wrenching sadness and grief that most people feel after a breakup and channel energy through our hands to clear out the places where sadness and grief are sitting in the body.
One experiences physical relaxation, lightness and a sense of calm during and after a session of healing.
We then help trying to patch up the broken relationship - sometimes even if one of them is not keen on it (it is difficult to elaborate this). This can happen even over a distance as in distant Reiki or Pranic healing at a distance.
Sometimes, however, it is impossible to patch up, especially if one of them is not keen on patching up. A connection develops between people over time; these connections, sometimes called “cords” or “energetic ties,” between two people need to be broken so that we don't carry the "hurt" from that relationship any more (this is done only if the client agrees to it).
There are seven main "chakra"s or “energy wheels/vortexes” in the body which we then balance to restore mental, emotional and physical well-being. After a breakup, most people’s chakra systems are badly in need of balancing, as the issues that correlate to each chakra are often deeply involved in our relationships.
Here is a brief explanation of the "chakrā"s:-
Crown chakra or Sahasrāra chakrā (in Sanskrit): This connects us to our soul’s higher purposes and higher self; often relationships bring us the most growth and can be deeply connected to our life purpose and lessons.Third eye or Āgnyā chakrā (in Sanskrit): This connects us to our vision and intuition; after a breakup we often doubt our intuition and ability to understand things with clarity.Throat or Vishuddhi chakrā (in Sanskrit): Communication is a major issue in broken relationships and many breakups include things that were not said, still need to be said or were said and regretted later.Heart or Anāhatha chakrā (in Sanskrit): The heart chakra is our connection to giving and receiving love and is extremely hurt emotionally after a breakup.Solar plexus or Manipura chakrā (in Sanskrit): The Manipura chakra represents our personal power, which can become imbalanced during a breakup if we felt powerless in the relationship and/or rejected through the breakup.Sacral or Swādhisthānā chakrā (in Sanskrit): This seat of our relationships, passion, and sex, is a key chakra to balance after a breakup.Root or Moolādhārā chakrā (in Sanskrit): This connects us to our sense of safety, trust, and home, all of which may feel insecure during a breakup. We remove energy blockages from the body, clear away burdensome emotions, help think more clearly and understand better what was meant to be learnt from that relationship and breakup. This is followed by a forgiveness routine - to stop carrying any emotional baggage.
Subsequently, our clients naturally find themselves in a more clear emotional and energetic space and if they so desire, can attract new and healthy love into their lives.
