The body is run by energy and this energy permeates not just humans and animals, it permeates every living entity. Pranic Healing® is a highly evolved system of energy therapy presented to the modern world by Master Choa Kok Sui which uses, "prana" to cleanse, balance, harmonize and transform the flow of energy in the body.
"Prana" is a Sanskrit word meaning life force. This invisible vital energy keeps the body alive and healthy. The Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi, the Japanese as Ki, the Greeks as Mana and it is called Ruach in Hebrew. Ancient cultures practiced similar modes of healing known as shamanic healing, divine healing and mantra healing among others.
In its existing form, Pranic Healing has been an energy therapy, methodically, scientifically developed, revealed and taught worldwide by Late Master Choa Kok Sui.
Pranic Healing is simple yet powerful and an effective no-touch energy healing system. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a living, self-repairing entity, which is capable of self-healing. Pranic Healing does not follow any religion or Guru (master).
Most Pranic Healers heal diseased individuals by cleansing, energising and balancing the, "chakra"s, that is the energy wheels/vortexes of the body ("chakra" is Sanskrit for a whorl or wheel). For this, energy is drawn from the cosmos or universe.
Distant Pranic Healing or Pranic Healing at a distance
Pranic Healers can even heal diseased individuals at a distance, miles away or even on the the opposite side of the Earth.
Pranic Healing can also help get back a loved one after a break-up. Click here to read about that.
Twin Hearts Meditation
Pranic Healers can even heal themselves by the Twin Hearts Meditaion which is a method of invoking blessings from the "universal conscience" or God as some call it. It is also a form of service that helps bring harmony by blessing the earth with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill. Doing this meditation involves blessing the earth with peace, love, light and joy. Master Choa Kok Sui requests Pranic Healers to practice loving kindness towards people and all beings, create good karma, help others and treat people fairly.
Arhatic Yoga or Yoga of Syntheses
ARHATIC comes from the Sanskrit word "Arhat", which means a highly evolved being. The Arhatic yoga system was given to Master Choa Kok Sui by his teacher Mahaguruji Mei Ling. It originated in China, India and Tibet. The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj” which means to join or unite. Therefore, Yoga is the term given to any technique that helps us unite with the divine.
In Arhatic yoga, Grand Master Choa has successfully synthesised and integrated the essence and powers of the 7 yogas to form one of the most powerful and rapid paths for spiritual evolution. These are Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Laya/Kundalini yoga, Jnana yoga, Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga and simplified Hatha yoga. Bhakti yoga tends to achieve this union through love and devotion; karma yoga does this through service, jnana yoga aims for union through knowledge while raja yoga works for union through meditation.
"There are several spiritual or yogic systems for activating the chakras and awakening kundalini*. Arhatic meditation is one of the systems which systematically, safely and quickly activates the chakras and awakens the kundalini."
- Master Choa Kok Sui

*Kundalinī is the feminine form of the Sanskrit adjective meaning "circular" or "coiled." In yoga, the word applies to the life force that lies like a coiled serpent at the base of the spine and that can be sent up, along the spine, to the head through prescribed postures and exercises.
